Being the Archonette Advisor to these beautiful young ladies for the past 4 years has been a wonderful experience. To observe them creating bonds as complete strangers from different backgrounds to now interacting together and sharing similar interests has truly warmed my heart. They’re discovering what’s important to them and developing leadership skills during their various activities while remaining dedicated to their studies and school activities. These Archonettes are goal driven and I cannot wait to see what their contributions to our communities will be.
It is imperative for the Archonette committee to impress upon the girls the importance of self-esteem, self-confidence and to instill our sorority’s principles. To set obtainable goals and assist them in achieving them. We established trust amongst our high school girls and that’s something I am proud of the most. As they continue as Archonettes, our hope is for them to continue to exemplify what they’ve learned from the program and utilize it to pursue their journey to become FINER WOMEN. 💙🕊️
